Starting from 1 January 2026, Lithuania will introduce new rules for state exams conducted by Regitra. According to a government decision, theoretical exams will only be available in Lithuanian or official European Union languages. These changes will directly affect foreigners, expats, and English-speaking residents living in Lithuania.
